We waited for it to start for over 2hrs, and it was worth the wait - a 10day celebration chokeful of locals and tourists alike. Dinner was a lovely curry dish from Devon Bakehouse - one to rememb)

(Could this be the best roast pig in the world? It will take some beating to find a better one. We had feast here at House of Lechon , ordering 1kg worth..and another 1kg to bring home - it was that good to travel 2000km home to Singapore. That crackling skin..hmmmm)

(We are in whaleshark heaven! To see one is already a big deal, but to be swimming beside one? Simply wow! Then, the 2nd whaleshark swam past us. Here in Oslob, Cebu, Philippines, these giants come every morning to be fed, and disappears by 11am - doing this since 2005, giving this little coastal town a huge blessing. What a huge wildlife high for us too)

(We chose to spend 3 nights in Bergen, rather than Oslo, and we made the right choice. What a stunning city Bergen is - with a harbour front to die for! Those wooden houses in Bryggen - wow. And once you are up at Mt Floyen via their furnicular, the view is simply awesome. And this time, we sat down by the Fish Market for our well-deserved cod fish and Norwegian garlic shrimps - both cooked to perfection)
