(This soupy herbal pork rib dish does not come any better than this version from Kee Heong, supposedly the actual site in Klang that started bah kut teh dish itself. After a game of golf, this meal is simply heavenly for lunch. And to top it off, pack another dish for home, but this time, try the 'dry' version. Goodness, what treats!)
