- Chan Kee Roasted Goose, Hong Kong
(We have never had such delicious roasted goose before in our lives. What is served here at Chan Kee Roasted Goose Restaurant at Mongkok is simply outstanding, with such tender meat and slightly crispy skin - this must be Hong Kong's version of Peking duck. Hey, it's endorsed by one Chow Yuen Fatt, no less. When paired with the bitter gourd black bean fish, they were so good the before-and-after photos below tell the whole story. This is a must-try dish when in Hong Kong, just 50m away from the Mongkok MTR station. I can taste the goose just looking at the photos..)
