(We were so hungry by 11am, with tummies still tied to Spore time. Where's all the salmon in this country? We finally found one, at the Flying Pig Restaurant - a name you can't help but be intrigued. Sure enough, our yearning for salmon was satiated. Served creatively, our salmon sampler, trout and pasta rigatoni dishes were delicious, enhanced by the ambience of this fine restaurant, and so reasonably priced too)
