- Floating Market Damnoen Saduak, Bangkok
(When we came here the first time, we didn't quite get into proper 'floating' along the main section of this Damnoen Saduak market. However, this time in the middle of the Songkran Festival here, we hopped on this 15min ride - which became 40min with traffic boat-jam. Filled with sounds from the long-tail boats nearby and the colours of tropical fruits, and calls from vendors to buy their wares, seafood and fruits, it is a blast just enjoying the hustle and bustle of the morning. Just look at those juicy mangoes!)
