- Gullfoss Waterfall, Iceland
(Our 1st waterfall visit here in Iceland was a white beauty - Gullfoss Waterfall. Rolling through 3 levels, it looks like someone has dropped a huge barrel of white paint at the top end, splashing downwards as it crosses the 3 levels. Even this wide-angle photo cannot do justice to its beauty - see video below. The wind here was so strong we felt at least 5C colder. We can see now why Iceland is so famous for its waterfalls, geysers and glaciers)
